🎉 Be Happier***
1. Build Bonds: Spend more time with friends (say yes more).
2. Cut out Stress: Plan more, learn to relax without feeling guilty/thinking about other things (like coursework).
3. Up Confidence: Make time for passions (Baking, Theatre, Travel, GYM). If their scheduled in, I can’t feel guilty.
4. Build Resilience: Step outside of my comfort zone once a week.
5. Healthy Body/Healthy Mind: Get back into the gym on a regular basis (2015 was shocking).
Happiness tends to encourage everything else to fall in to place. So I am happy with this resolution.
